How to rebuild a video edit with your own photos

Reference in, your edit out — the full workflow from picking a clip to downloading the MP4.

Pick a reference that moves well

The reference clip is the blueprint. Choose footage with one clear move — a walk toward camera, a product orbit, a reveal — stable framing, and a subject that is easy to read. Four to fifteen seconds is the working range; presets in the library all qualify.

Prepare the subject photos

One to eight images of whoever or whatever should appear. Sharp, well-lit shots with the whole subject in frame work best, and several angles of the same subject hold identity through motion better than a single frame. Only upload photos you own or have permission to use.

Generate, review, post

Confirm your rights, pick the output quality — 480p drafts are cheap, 720p is share-ready — and generate. Review the subject details and the timing against the reference, then download the MP4 and post with your soundtrack.
